missing crucial IAS
Usable on a throw barb but not trophy material in my eyes

I agree that IAS is missing but I think this would still be BIS for a throw barb. Thanks for the feedback, though.

low sell value
terrible name (goad is gross sry)
quantity not fully before taking screenshot
dex and str not same value
dmg too low for mld (and obviously hld), lvl too high for lld
no ias
only fast attack, not fastest
low ctc (lacerator has much betta)
low ed
mana steal after 09
wasted rep mod

basically sell it to a vendor and pm me the name so i can get my 3075 gold
