Interesting item here.
I can see this being bis for some niche pvm scenarios, such as a magic find zon that runs terror zones, cows, chaos, etc. These javs could effect some very very quick full clears with ease of use being a big benefit. The abundance of mana makes picking off stragglers or strayers very easy. Fun item for sure. It might be even better on hardcore compared to soft core. For what it is I like it.
