Vtpk is done in Nm, making lite res largely irrelevant. For virtually every other duel you will use Trang / mage fist

Yes these are genenrally only used for VTPK which is vt vs vt and those duels are done in NM mode.

Of which conviction is banned so you don’t generally need lightning resist stack
