its not a trophy ofc, but it is the bis helm vs sins that max mb.

iirc 40 pdr negates the dmg done by lvl 43 mind blast.

first time I see this. Thats interesting how affixes and suffixes can be weird and good at the same time. Even today I grab some random shit items and I still find it impressive in some way.
