i'm proud of it because it's quite rare, not because it has a particular use, i know people use 13 min 15@ rings sometimes, or 10 fcr 15@,

this one is the only perfect magic ring i found with such stats, and i did gamble a lot, so for me it's a trophy find, like my etherial 50 mf wartravs for example(allthough both not usefull at all),
