Yea I seen 1 or 2. Faxx had one but he wanted 300k+ for his. I laughed at him and told him it was over priced so he blocked me lol.
I don't think you can have 2necro for mld, I could be wrong but this is the best base you can get for block so it's good for hld as well considering how few of these there are around.
For necro pnb and necro skills is not a huge difference imo.

you can have 2 necro, it spawns level 42, but 2pnb is basically the same. its a brilliant shield.
