Min > Max
Attack rating is a wasted mod for a bowazon, unless something radical changed in D2R ( I don't play it ) resists would be preferred.
Depending on build ( mostly related to shield options ) you may find dex more valuable here.
Replenish life beyond dungos may be bm in some ladders.
