Could one of you show me a LLD/HLD pair that is better than these?
I can wait.
I'm like really other than since its lld it is missing a little higher tier resistances.
Also its not poison its fire cold light with low strength requirement too.

P.S. Do people low level duel in d2R like they did in vanilla d2?

res is the whole point of using tri res boots over something else, especially in lld, and these are missing 47/120 resists. 50 str prevents many classes from being able to use it. temp at best.
