I have to disagree with your assertion that a craft ring is never ideal.
For my liberator and hammerdin build, this is by far the best ring I have found. I absolutely need the strength and the dexterity and if I don’t get it from this ring, I will have to manually use my vit stats to get it.
Having beaten every single player in the game and undefeated for over 13 years versus every single class/player in the game with my liberator/Hdin, CoA is absolutely required, and no rare ring offers the benefits that this ring does imo. Like I stated previously, attack rating and mana are some of the most useless stats for a Libby/Hdin/Caster. Mana is a useless stat, as you can just use mana potions, and ar is not really needed as I mainly only smite and cast hammers.
Versus non-max block characters grief charging can be very viable, however it can leave you exposed, as if you get caught in the strike animation without landing a shot, there is a delay where you can get caught by projectiles/etc. It’s sort of like throwing a power punch in boxing and missing.
The only argument for a rare fcr ring being better for my build, would be one that had all resistance and lightning resistance as well. However, generally, that doesn’t matter, because half of my inventory are 20/5s/20/11s, I only use 5 to 6 GC‘s, rest res scs. However, even as you stated, lightning resistance or any singular resistance is very situational and if your build relies on that strength/dex to wear an item, then you can’t really remove it unless you have multiple rings that are similar, which would be unrealistic or cost a ton of money.
Of course as with anything there is no greatest one ring for every build and there is no greatest one item for every build, but in terms of blood craft rings of this type, from what I’ve seen, this is the greatest one out there, unless somebody could show me a screenshot proving otherwise. Look at the amount of multipliers it has and only two of them are not perfect and they are pretty close to being perfect.
A craft ring wiru 2 prefixes is never ideal
