I would rather use this blue wand as it would let you use other items that you would normally use for resistance. (obviously jewels are pricey but this wand would be 1 of a kind with the best jewels in the game)

*Edited because i put 60 res instead of max 50 on fire and light
those jewels have 3x prefix and cannot exist, also the only use i'd find for such a wand is stacking resist without sacrificing as much damage as wizzy. 2x 10@res/30cr (or whichever)/4 replenish/9 energy jewels would be my picks, not a fan of fhr on the wep slot for necro
