Sure you can. I think you just need to delete cookies and then change your IP address. I guess you could also use a VPN service, a proxy server or make an account on someone else's computer.

I guess the best path is to be honest and not put yourself in a position to have your account locked. Sometimes I check the scammer accusation section and shake my head. I know some items are worth a lot of gold but I see no reason to steal from someone who has expensive items. Why bother on such an old game? Why bother at all for any game?
