I actually can't see why it's so great. It's nice stats and all but for what char T_T if it had str it would've been sick but ye, dex.

would be good on hdin (str isn't really necessary with enigma), or a mb sorc using whitstans, or a sin

eh it depends on what you're looking for, rares can get more mods

but even if crafts are better, it can still be used, and is effective as well
