I'll do the math for you:

this bow with 2*storm gyres
101-387=244 avg

A grand matron bow with 400%ed 10%ias base (very good and pretty worthy GMB) with 40/15max
75-403=239


75-403 gmb is considered "useable", and worth alot. 390-400~ is the least dmg u will wanna have if u gonna beat botd.

yeah, they are pretty much the same dmg. You are taking random numbers here, so you can't actually say that this beats most gmbs since 400ed gmb w/o min/max base ed is pretty weak imo, and if you take something like 42xed and with min/max dmg (w/o base ias) it will beat this even if you put 40/15ias jool inside (beat i mean more avg dmg).
But your logic right too

unless you're spending above 5000 fg for your gmb, this bow will almost always beat it. especially seeing as it has xx dexterity base. So if you want u can pretend the imaginary gmb I described has dex too.

I am not taking random numbers. I took those numbers because that is a very good gmb. best gmb was 440 dmg, and then there was a 426, and then some around 420, and rest 395-410. (and few more ofc but really, a 75-403 is a good gmb)

So ye, the really good ones beat this damagewise.

(+ outside the subject we're leaving out that you need 43% less ias with this)

bear in mind that gmb has a different ias breakpoint, but regardless, this bow is not being used for hld.

we did mention that. but that was irrelevant in our discussion. I just tried to picture how fucking amazing this bow is: it beats a good grand matron bow in damage.
+ALSO needs 43%less ias for breakpoint.
=epic win

for MLD, where u use it, there is no doubt that your bow is the best. But it's also really good for HLD
