Its not perf even though, it lacks 15 life, killerbboy himself has an ammy i think is better, 2 sorc 20 fcr 60 life 98 mana, thats far closer to perfect then this ammy.
The only reason its so popular is because its for hammerdin and the brainwashed masses on d2 have whored the hammerdin to its limits.
To me the number 1 item would have to have 6/6 mods perf or so near perf that it doesnt matter, a crafted ammy has so little varience that i wouldnt consider it a shoe in.

I agree, #1 item would have to be versatile, best i can think of is that 24 fhr 10% open wounds 74 life massive str belt posted recently, i can think of a dozen builds i could use it on and it has a lot more perf/near perf stats then this ammy.
