what makes these boots so specail...? i play classic and would have probly charsied these boots 5 times over??? im confused.... is mana that important in expansion? or is the 23lr is what u guys find godly>? seriously... help a bro understand what makes these boots?...

40frw 60mana 15inc was possible. these have been crafted on low lvl char, thats why stats "low"
