The requirements of this axe are far too high.

Lvl 64 requirement? Who has the time to level that high these days? I have more important things to do than level sixty three times to equip an axe! Especially considering when you first create a character you're given basic weaponry for free--with absolutely no leveling required.

I give this axe a 3/82349182.61 because it is a rare item, and that means it's more uncommon than a white item.
