also cats eye has ias as well as HL and its not like you need DS vs anything thats already running from you its a simple swap depending on opponent
same with swapping between fort for damage or nigma for frw
one good thing about this circ is that it has over 20 str so you can swap it with jalals if you really do want that extra frw and extra socket
i normally cham my helms so ring slots are free
that circ would prob need cham shael tbh then no ias anyway

It. If you are dueling melee, cerebus is always much better (or a visio 5 fury 2 socket pelt that doesnt exist), if you need mobility, a 30frw circlet 2 druid 2 os will always be better. Yes, cats eye is quite nice, paired with enigma, but you still need the 30frw in the helm as well.
Charging feral rage is not a good strategy, if you were able to hit target might as well have used Fury, also it only lasts 20 seconds, and one charge isn’t much, fully charged, means you could have killed target already with Fury… Feral rage might be only semi useful against windy if they keep casting bear to leech back, but even then Fury just hits much harder, might as well just go for the kill if possible
