charm's i'd get in a bulk from one of the first 10-20 people that comes to mind on eu for 32k (2k a pop).

The max bp for throwing is 9fpa, and as I said before if you literally replaced the matris with 40 ias stygians on the main setup they'd both hit the ias bp but matris would have stack vs slow. I dunno why you'd amu's too, you'd lack ias on bowslot if you did that..

Anyway seems your happy with your build, I was just trying to throw around some ideas you may not have considered (like the 25 pdr circ), have fun dueling with it

I like to java only / all rare only.
And like I said, I've tested all the javs. I've got the same zon on single to test out every option and I made the best stygians that were available on east to compare. They were crap compared to the javs I have.
