Cruel's mod is the hardest mod to have on any weapon, and eth rep javs are the rarest item drop.
These javs are 30k fg.
If you played a Java you'd get what I mean with procs/ why damage is very important.
To be honest if your javs aren't at least 650 max dmg with good min dmg, I wouldn't even use javs/fort hyb, just make an enigma + wiz tele bowa would be more effective, not too bad of a build.
King's mod is also the 2nd rarest mod to spawn.
Also has base 7 max + cold damage which is infinitely important. Those who opt for cham in ss and use 2x damage rings instead of raven would find this very useful with 3x cold dmg scs.
Also is blue when worn, very stylish
Thing is you can either use Phoenix + less damage javs with more ia, or have the incredible dr + block + res + fbr of Storm Shield and hit the same damage.
