runic chaos lacks some dmg against the suw

suw: 45.5 average dmg + runic: 34 average dmg = 79,5
runic: 34 average dmg + warf: 48,5 average dmg = 82,5

for sure it gets more dmg, cause its war fist

as i said
you will need with this setup much ias

40ias by the war fist and 10 by the bb

still 25ias left

you have to decide:
- no 64 fcr breakpoint (witch gives u a rly bad movability)
or
- 2x 15ias add jools at your helm, so you are unable to reach fhr breakpoints and u lack of resi and survivability

anyway you lose your flexibility and if my sin stun lock you 1time your dead

if you ww through me 1 time, i won't be dead for sure cause your 2more average dmg isn't such a big deal for your lose

i theory crafted this a lot in the last 2 month and my result was feral 40ias > runic 20ias > rest

and at least, when I'm right there isn't a feral claw with 40ias and this stats out there
