Sorry if you think this is the greatest item to ever spawn but:
Killersdreams alone has 10 or so items id rather have then this.
Snuff has about 30.
I myself have owned items id preffer to this..
In the end its an ammy with 2 perfect mods, what makes it so much better then an eth fools cruel 40 ias repair seraph rod with good automods for example? id rather the seraph.
