Also i just checked, and there were no good examples of a craft OW belt in Post1. so thank you for posting! your belt cannot be rated less then 7/10.

a 10/24/5repl/80life with 28-30 to a single res (Cold/Fire/Poison) would be 10/10.

Craft OW belts at MLD have very limited use and need to be very good. its hard to beat string of ears. FHR is next to useless and if your char has high life string will almost always win (unless the belt has repl life).

Explain why it beats sigons or deaths

rare belts have very limited use at vlld, they are also not difficult to gamble. as above its hard to beat sigon/deaths set belts.
