It’s a nice 10fc amulet. For d2r I guess it can be considered a trophy. And ofc a setup with a 10fc amulet can work pretty well, people have done that for a decade in d2 before shops/imports/whatever and it did. But it won’t change the fact that a 10fc amulet will always be inferior to a 20fc one in term of use/build tho. Anyone arguing about that has never actually pvped outside of pub games.
