and as of the questions why this weapon is not useable but mine (3hammer3conc 5os) is highly sought after ?

1.) People that bought my weapon use them as main weapon, not prebuff. They can equip another set of weapon+shield on swap which makes their paladin basically 2 type of pala combined into one( without losing cta buff and still runs with 125fcr while hammer-ing). Most commonly used would be zealer by using Hoz or spirit.
2.) Rare weapon even tho has 1 or 2 more skill , they are not as good as Hoto( gives too much stats and res) , fort ( lld godly weapon), honor (lld) etc etc ..
3.) And even they use rare weapon as your's , they are stuck with prebuff cta weapon same as all the other normal build out there.
