from arreat summit

sacred targe 22-70 dmg (46 average)
sacred rondache 35-58 dmg (46.5 average)
kurast shield 10-82 dmg (46 average)
zakarum shield 46-46 (46 average ofc)
vortex shield 5-87 (46 average)

st also got lowest str req and highest block chance
so, i know that is hard for uswest players understand such things, but st is best option for sure.

rly dude, average damage is the same, the difference is that st got higher block chance and lower str req... why would any average iq guy pick the zakarum shield?
