8/10 for stats but really see utility for this amulet.

Even if it's "Top 1" for your build, it can't be "Top 1 of all realm" like if it is the best sorc amu in the world.

MB nowadays is super important with gfg GoD BoD hybrid bvcs and imported claw using rapist ghosts,

That's the only option is MB, the str helps tremendously and 10 ICB = always at least 30-40 pnts into dex even with gerkes. (74%)

This is a 105 fcr sorc ammy, so the fcr isnt really needed or prefered over the 40 dex points to up to 160 if using spirit (Sop)

The mdr and the DR acts almost like DR on vita, but with ES, so this also adds basically 5% DR to your ES, nice little bonus. Almost like its socked with Mal,

And this is #1 for my build

Yeah, nothing on Earth will be #1 for everyone, even the hottest girl to one person isnt to another.

In terms of how close to p of this type of ammy it is, it's def #1, I prefer 30 str o my ammies instead of dex. ICB ammy's are the new craze.
