maybe in pvp for java build just single dex better then vision. But this circlet much more better useble in bow build imho, imho best helm for strafe ama (just missed teleport charges suffix, to be perfect).
P.S. i dont play pvp in d2, dont see reason for it in this game... then why i talk about useless(maybe) for pvp builds. In pvm this is awesome helm, and also can build hybrid jav+phys dmg build.

I agree yours is a better fit for a zva than mine. But like I said, mine is for an entirely different purpose.
