This is a Gm HvH weapon, Oak is not allowed on East unless you're a Bm HvH din. 2 paladin skills is far more superior than 3 pcomb. It's like you've never heard of using maximum damage/life in HvH.
Vigor wouldn't spawn on this weapon since it already has 10% fcr.
and you obviously have not more knowledge than them either
of course vigor can spawn on it --> still it wouldnt add any dmg (only hard pts on synergy count)
