i thought it was always on there, i got the item on uswest nl ill go though my accounts and get a ss, the stats are not crazy high but i remember it has mana i think it was 42 life 70 mana

very very very hard to find

the downside is the item has little practical use. you could put it on a mfer but wont do in pvp as elemental is non pvp damage. i have an item identical to this but for light and i just put it on my mfer. swag all day but swag does not win duels.
