You should socket this with a increase damage versus undead Jewel.

Flails typically do much more damage versus undead because of their natural undead slaying properties. Your weapon is a axe, so it lacks this mod.

Until it gets bonus damage versus undead, I'm gonna have to rate it a 6/49.
