i didn't start playing until expansion. at that point in time, no one gave a damn about crafted items because there was so many hacked and modded equipment like ITH bows and 160/60 ias Bugged Valors and 160/60 bugged windforces. and bugged sojs. Plus cruel weapons still dropped. so legit players were using GG cruel weapons. no one cared about stuff like this cause they were all hacked to hell.

cruel still drops. but you cant get 3 socket magics anymore, and runewords outpower them majorly so no-one really cares
