9/10 hailstorm cowel. Don't like that fire charm and a few others. Not too sure about your str statting either.

there has been several updates since then, i've posted them in the topic, though as nobody has enough time (or will) to go through all pages....
and i've intentionally statted more str than necessary (though that's only a few points) to boost my dmges a bit since with visio i've got lower dmges than if i were using arreat
what has been changed since :

2 new ladder belts (not posted, waiting for reset to show them)
removed the fire dmg / life sc and replaced it by a 175 psn / 20 life one
