Psn res is more valuable now.

In pvm there is no use for Cr.
In pvp, you only need Cr against blizz sorc, whereas you need stacked psn res against any opponent who uses grief/plague(also trangs boost on psn dmg), or venom/psn nova/creeper skill, (barb/pally/sin/druid/even bow/plaguezon)
