If no, then 0 soc is clearly not as good.

I would pay more for a 0 soc magic orb than a 1 soc magic orb, hence why it was considered to be a comparable orb until it got rng'd to inferiority by larzuk.

That can be said for virtually any rare item. Even if the stats are bad
