Well I haven't done the maths on exactly what puts out the most DPS - I guess either my variant or the 30%ed version instead of min dmg - but either way - this shield gets around a 5/10.

1. Shield base itself is ok but not particularly rare.
2. Missing a lot of stats - at a minimum we're 1% ed, 7min dmg, 1 fire res, 9 attack rating, 20% ed vs demons, 29 ar vs demons, 6 str, 7% mf and 10 ar away from perfect (and that's with several suboptimal affixes).
