5% chances to cast 8 secs duration course
-OHh Im amped wait 8secs and rego.

5% chance to cast amp could be only useful in mld lld etc duels since they can not use tele to go out and wait 8secs

Yeah insane mod but I still pref inc stack mod since rare javs only got as much 10 secs rep unles u got a second pair of xxxx$ pairs of javs in stash
