I think it's pretty nice and can see play. I feel even thou it has +ES it's better suited to vita builds because Hoto has rep/Max mana. But idk. I think it's cool... Can't do 200fcr with it, so for 117 I doubt the Res on Hoto is needed on most setups for 117. 2os makes its pretty flexible.

I'm scrub tho so who knows.

10/10 if this is real, the amount of damage you could probably reach with that would be insane. (For BM pubs this would be awesome, pretty good weapon for GM to.)

The fact it has all lightning skill damage synergies..And the energy shield synergy; so you don't have to waste points into it energy shield is great. XD

Plus 2 sockets for either facets for BM pubs, or life rep jewels/other stats for GM.
