Actually from what I've heard, eschuata's or however that weapon is spelt.. Is actually not really good. In fact this orb in the first post does more damage..
Wizardpike on a sorceress? I don't play sorceress, and even I know that is a terrible item for a sorceress.. You are lacking damage or any plus to skill points in regards to all elements.

Hoto is okay but a wizardpike? No thanks..

could you please just shut up? ^^ hoto "a little bit" better than eschuta for an e/s sorc (15% max mana, 20 rep life)... but if I have to tell you these, i have no idea why are you posting here

/e: and this orb has more damage and boable mana for an e/s sorc than eschuta, so yes I would use this "garbage" over an eschuta

Did you test it out and see? Because I have a few friends who use orbs similar to the one in the first post, and they would easily choose this orb over eschuatas.

This orb alone will give more damage for fire sorceress.

I can assure you of that.

If this orb was 2 sorc 20 fcr 3 fire mastery 3 fireball 2 socket with 2x 5/5's then it would be nice for hld

I mean Eschuta's has 3 skills 40 fcr 20% fire damage and 30 energy. Those aren't bad stats for a fire sorc. I do agree HOTO would be better for a energy shield fire sorc though. 20 life replenish and +15% max mana is very nice. Especially if you have some perm bmanas.
