You're wrong, staff mods are automods on class specific items, it doesn't use an affix slot..

It could get it, but I did view it wrong I thought the helmet was ethereal, good Bvc hat that's about it ^^

1. ethrep high def +2barb 2os viso. [no 3bo or sub stats]

You are right that you can't get eth/rep + enhanced defense + 5 bo + 2 sockets and Visionary, but your reasoning is wrong:

+2 barb skills, +%enhanced defense, + 2 sockets and Visio are all prefixes. You can get up to 3 prefixes on a rare item, thus you can get three of these four prefixes on a given item.

+3 bo is a staffmod and is chosen from a pool based on the iLvl:

01 ≤ iLvl ≤ 11: T1, T2
12 ≤ iLvl ≤ 18: T1, T2, T3
19 ≤ iLvl ≤ 24: T1, T2, T3, T4
25 ≤ iLvl ≤ 36: T2, T3, T4, T5 (D2C: iLvl ≥ 25)
37 ≤ iLvl ≤ 99: T3, T4, T5, T6 (D2X only)

You can roll a staffmod no matter how many affixes you have on an item.

Repair dura mod is a suffix and is not limited by the prefix limit.
