OR use -req jwl in it. if so, then -req and +str mod dont stack (str bug dont work), then potential +str suffix useless, better to have suffix like: 24 fhr / -30req / nova when struck
just my opinion... imho by usebility ~9/10 ur roll, just cus hard will make build with so big str req. (p.s. in my opinion also change mana prefix to 30 fire res)

Just said, that for use this armor need many stat points, and if other items not have enouth str, then possibility to use armor will reduce with each str point, what you will upping for char.
And again, STR & -REQ dont stack in str bug. (like -req jwl in storm) thats why str suffix is useless for chars who havent enouth str items geared.
Dont change ur jwls, they are perf for this roll of affixes armor.
