FPK is like a Counter strike server that has no awps, how many people play those servers vs just regular anything goes?

Do you see paid tournaments with any rules other than set by the game? Do you ever see League of Legends saying "You can't use Master Yi too OP" Or counter strike "THis cal-i tournament is no awps" :rofl:
