kinda noob question but no fools or amp damage, why is everyone giving a 10?

i never got into the rare stuff since runewords owns all, but these things are interesting to look at.

so why everyone give 10 without amp or fools?

Because with the ed, fools is impossible.Are you new to d2?
Both fools and amp are impossible with the mods he got, and on top of it, amp is bm regardless. Stop being clueless.

maximum ed with fools mod is 300 ED
amp dmg is BM and actually not possible with those stats.

this one got:

prefixes:

Cruel's: up to 300 ed
Master's: up to 150 ed & 250 ar
mechanics : up to 2 socs

suffixes:

quickness: 40% ias
Craftmanship: 1 max dmg
Restoration: selfrep 1/20

so you already got 6 affixes.
it could have amp instead one of the suffixes... but like that, impossible.
