yes it does, it just doesn't work if you have it on a weapon switch

for example if you have it on a cta and you cast it then switch weps it won't work, but with this it will

If you have it on a memory staff/cta and cast thunderstorm and then 'W' back onto your normal weapon then the thunderstorm won't work.

This has thunderstorm on the main weapon which will constantly be in use and will work.
