its the best zeal weapon i ve seen so far.

only might be better if it had +3 zeal + 3 fana + 3 holy shield ( for example )

my rate is solid 9,5/10

It's #4 on west stats wise i believe.

Holy shield would be useless, since most zealots bo and cast holy shield with a 3hs cta + hoz
Vigor would be a sick alternative imo for cruising around town and not wasting points in it = more in blessed aim passive ar after all your skills are maxed at lvl 99.
