BIN for now is only 2,750.

Its better than most, but not in the top 5 on East. (Since I've seen at least 3 that are better on non ladder).

Its useful.. but putting it into perspective,

2/30/2 <- given mods for any viable circlet
33 life = 11 str
12 pris = 2.5 charm slots = 7 max damage.

So its basically a

2/30/2/11str/7 max circlet.

I'd use shako over this for any non 0 speed bow.

Nice perspective on it. Dunno about shako over 30frw though. But okay ^^

20 dex, and 20 fcr would of made this diadem amazing, but otherwise it's just an average rare circlet to me @__@
