case 1: we define ++++++++++ias as fast
in this case we have a cb with a basespeed of -5 ias and a cs with -10 ias.
cb: +5 ias in it for weaponspeed 0.
34 ias missing for +34 weaponspeed/max ww speed

together: 39 ias needed.
cs: 10 ias in it for weaponspeed 0.
34 ias missing for +34 weaponspeed/max ww speed

together: 44 ias needed.
case 2: we define -------------------------ias as fast
