The leech rolls means nothing if the base dmg sucks, even after upped still be bad with out ED

How much is those ml/ll% gonna do on 6-22 damage?
Yes ur dex etc will boost it a little, but monsters have leech effectivness penalties

Ur lucky if you gain 1 mana back.

Ml etc can be very good on Java if u have titans type of physical damage.
Mine where 2/2/40/319ed and that thing leeched good. Zero mana issues.

this unproper javelin might be more suit you for rushing noobs in normal mode at least you have some chance to use that low end phys damage and have higher mana leech effect

I testet it out. Its a bit better thab mana each kill. The good is you dont haveto kill the monstar to get mana
