Why are theese good?

Str/dex > mana/mana reg/mana aek

Only useful is light res, skills and ias and maybe the mana leech if you are too lazy to drink pots

if u paly pvm java,why u need mana , lr, ek,lm,no str or dex in gloves.

So easy to keep mana orb full without sacrificing 1 skill. 3/20 is better in pvm for sure.
