No I did not. Nor does Political association affect being intelligent or not to understand that 10 FCR amulets are worse than 20 FCR amulets.

Nor does it affect your play style, it affects your ability to use a unique ring instead of 2x FCR

1x FCR ring + unique ring + 2/20 amulet > 2x FCR rings + 2/10 amulet
