there are some rules in GM melee tournaments where grief is considered as BM. I am sure you are aware of this.

Why ? Probably becuz is cheap weapon and the best of all so all the imported shit is kinda useless. But that's the community decisions over the years.

NA region grief is banned in tournaments besides whirlwind because it aint melee, its nice losing to something different once in awhile especially a rare weapon vs a runeword lol sure i can use my 14/39/3/400 grief but na pass
